Ate 1/2 a chicken salad sandwich and sweet potato frys and orange shake. Got sick about 2 hours after vomiting nausea for 2 days. Was crazy sick.

Got a fire roasted philly from there and after 2 hours I was vomiting, diarrhea and Etc...

2:30 pm March 10th, 2020. Ate a classic roast beef sandwich. That was my only meal that day.
