I got a chicken burrito with hot salsa, rice, and cheese. And it was super good! But ever since I have not been able to hold anything down, or it comes out violently. My fever has been consistent for 5+ days now and the only thing that helps is extra strength Tylenol.

Ordered a veggie burrito with black beans, brown rice, lettuce, avocado, and of course veggies. So it's the veggies and not the meat getting to me!
