I had on Tuesday around 5PM as I do every Tuesday, however later that evening I had severe diarrhea and Wednesday I vomited so much I had to leave my job for the day, it is now Friday and I am still having diarrhea, nausea, and a 102 fever.

Chicken, pico, and cheese in hard tacos with chips and guacamole. Ate at 5 pm on Friday night and Have been sick all weekend.

Me and my fiancé both had bowls but different meat.. both have had diarrehea all night and morning. We both had guacamole, cheese, black beans and brown rice and mild salsa.
