Carne asada bowl. I ate a carne asada bowl at approximately 1:45-2pm and I started feeling nauseous by 8pm. I woke up with bad abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting and extreme nausea.

I ordered a chicken bowl and an hour after I ate it, i started to feel very sick in my stomach.. this was the only thing I ate that day, I threw up everything and was dehydrated and nausea for the next day!

I ate a Chicken Bowl for lunch on Wednesday December 13, 2017. I ended up leaving work early with a stomach ache. I ended up suffering with diarrhea until Monday December 18th. Vomiting lasted until Friday December 15th.
