تناول وعاء مع الفاصوليا السوداء والبصل والفلفل والطماطم والجواك لتناول طعام الغداء. شعرت بالغثيان بعد تناول الطعام. وأعقب ذلك آلام في المعدة وعسر الهضم. الشعور بالغثيان بعد أكثر من 8 ساعات. لم تأكل أو تشرب أي شيء آخر.

I ate a burrito bowl - within a few hours I felt nauseated and begin to have diarrhea. Later on I was puking. In total, I threw up 5 times and diarrhea countless times.
