عانيت من مشكلتين مختلفتين من التسمم الغذائي خلال إقامتي في هذا المنتجع في الفترة من 22 إلى 29 أبريل 2026. الأولى كانت إسهالاً في اليوم الثاني. والثانية كانت قيئاً شديداً وإسهالاً وغثياناً استمر لمدة 4 أيام، وكان ذلك مباشرةً نتيجة تناول الطعام في مطعم البوفيه الخاص بالمنتجع.…

Ate at buffet and felt I'll after. Symptoms began worsening during the night and felt nauseous without vomiting. Entire vacation had diarrhea. Still feeling nauseous since I returned home. Diarrhea subsided. But keeping hydrated as per my doctor.

We stayed at the occidental punta cana during Dec 28 2018- Jan. 1st 2019. We had signature mixed drink and the juice at the front desk then ate in the buffet. I got si CL immediately with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea that followed with fever and stomach cramps.…
