i ate it on wednesday. It is now the morning of friday. I got a bowl, brown rice, sofritas, black beans, fresh and corn salsa, sour cream, cheese lettuce, chips and guacamole. I woke up in the middle of the night last night just wanting to throw up. I took some pepto and it helped for a little, bit i kept waking up every few mins feeling like i was going to throw up.
