I had a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole on 2/19/19 @ 7:30pm. Got severely ill around 1:30 AM with vomiting and sever diarrhea. It is now 7:15am on 2/20/19 and I still cannot keep anything down. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
