- comments: no coc certified food manager certificate nor manager on site while serving tcs foods (i. E. , eggs, potatoes, etc. ). Instructed to obtain and maintain a valid cfm certificate and the certificate holder on site when preparing/serving tcs foods. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issued
8. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: food handlers putting on gloves and not washing their hands and touching ready-to-eat foods. Instructed to have food handlers wash hands before/after glove use, when multi-tasking, taking payments, etc. Priority 7-38-010 citation issued

- comments: found 80 large and small rodent droppings in the corner under the 3-compartment sink, along the wallbase in the rear and side prep/storage areas. Instructed to remove all droppings, clean/sanitize all affected areas, and contact pest control for a more recent service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued

- comments: walls/ceiling with food splatter, dirt, and dust build up in the front/rear prep areas. Instructed to clean and maintain walls/ceiling throughout. -floors in the corners, under/around all heavy equipment and sinks with food, dirt, droppings and debris. Instructed to detail clean floors throughout.
