Report date: Apr 14, 202610. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed the following sinks not maintained with hot water: improper temperature of hot water observed at washbowl sink in washroom children's washroom next to kitchen (72. 3f), employee washroom handsink in rear toddler classroom at (65f). Instructed person in charge hot water at all handwashing sinks must be at least 100f. Service technician arrived on site and now all sinks are maintained between 102f - 105f. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: noted dead pest activiy in cabinet in kitchen next to oven. Instructed to remove, detail clean, sanitize, and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: noted a buildup dirt and food debris on floors throughout kitchen, especially under three compartment sink, throughout cabinets in kitchen, floors and corners throughout rear storage room, as well as racks. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.
