- comments: observed employee procedure for clean up for vomiting and diarrheal events. However must provide all the necessary items outlined in policy including disposable gloves, face mas, disposable mop and appropriate sanitizer for the norovirus. Priority foundation.

- comments: observed no paper towel at handwashing sink located by prep sink. Must provide-cos. Priority foundation issued 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed no pest control log book available for inspector at this time of inspection. Instructed to provide. Priority foundation issued
