- comments: observed all necessary items when following written procedure not available on site when employees respond to vomitting or diarrheal events. Instructed to obtain all necessary items for following written procedure for employees to follow when responding to vomitting or diarrheal events. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 no citation issued
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed non working toilets in stalls in student washrooms. Observed broken toilet in middle stall of basement girl's washroom and observed non working toilet covered with garbage bag in right stall in second floor boy's washroom. Instructed to repair non working toilets in said washrooms in said areas and maintain. (note: there are other properly functioning toilets in said washrooms. )
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed damaged lids on outside trash and recycling dumpsters. Observed damaged lids on two trash dumpsters and one damaged lid on one recycling dumpster, damaged lids create openings on said dumpsters. Instructed to replace or damaged dumpster lids and maintain tight fitting lids on dumpsters. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b) no citation issued
