I had a big tasty meal. The only meal I'd eaten differently to my family. The next morning (Wednesday) I had diarrhea, sickness and a fever. This has continued till Saturday morning. I also haven't eaten a thing for 4 days now. Stay well away from Blyth Mcdonalds.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء

ذهبت أنا وصديقي المفضل إلى ماكدونالدز قبل بضعة أيام في الصباح، مررت بالسيارة من خلال تناول وجبتين لفالإفطار، فانتا، خبز النقانق/البيضة/الجبن والشوكولاتة الساخنة.
