Ate chicken quinoa salad from Starbucks in Tillicum mall, around 830pm yesterday.
6am I woke up violently ill. Continued to vomit and have the runs for 3.5 hours (until 930am) had to cancel a busy day at work and miss out on income. Still in bed it’s 8pm.  | الأعراض: إسهال

Ordered a 6 inch bacon egg and cheese. With tomatoes lettuce and onion. Within 2h i felt sick and that was all i had eaten at that point. The rest of the evening/night was followed with vomiting nausea sweats/fever and relentless diarehha and couldnt keep anything down… شاهد المزيد
