ذهبت لتناول الغداء 3/27/19 حوالي الظهر. أكلت وعاء دجاج سوبا نودل، بدأت أشعر بالانتفاخ والمرض في معدتي بعد فترة وجيزة، والتجشؤ والغاز الشديد. بدأ الإسهال في الساعة 9:30 مساءً ولا يزال يحدث اليوم 3/28/  | الأعراض: إسهال, غاز, الانتفاخ, التجشؤ
