كنت في العمل، وذهبت إلى تاكو بيل في غدائي، في غضون 30-40 دقيقة بدأت أعاني من القيء الشديد والإسهال، تليها أسوأ آلام في المعدة على الإطلاق. أنا حاليًا في ER. كل ما كان لدي هو بوريتو الفول، مع الفاصوليا، فريتوس، والبطاطا. وجانب من البطاطس المقلية.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, ألم المعدة
