我在工作，午餐时去了 Taco Bell，在 30-40 分钟之内我开始出现严重的呕吐和腹泻，然后是有史以来最严重的胃痛。我目前在急诊室。我所吃的只是一个豆卷饼，里面有豆子、弗里托斯和土豆。还有薯条的一面。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛
