Had salad with chicken, black beans, cheese, sour cream and salsa at 6:00 pm on 7/31/18. At 1:00 am I was so sick I almost called 911. Violent vomiting, diarrhea, fever for 24 hours. Had to stay home from work. I reported this directly to the restaurant.

I will never order food from them again. I had never experienced food poisoning in my life until 07/31/2018 I had to be taken to the hospital due to food poisoning from here

Ate a burrito bowl and with brown rice, pinto beans, barbacoa, cheese, and guac. Around 12:30 pacific time Started feeling sick shortly after. Feeling sicker as the day goes by. Noticed some dark looking pieces of meat mixed in that I've never seen before.

Bought one of their signature bacon smokehouse burger with 2 patties and a cheeseburger. I felt fine during my drive to LA but as of 3:30 PM PDT I started to feel really bad and I had no choice to go to the bathroom and throw everything up! Definitely not going out for food for a while now.

I contacted CAMPYLOBACTER and spent a night at the hospital with high fever. I called corporate and they never reported the incident basically said I was lying !! Never again
