كان لدي صحن سلطة بوريتو الدجاج: دجاج، 1/2 كمية أرز أبيض، خضار مشوية، خس، قطف، صلصة متوسطة، كمية صغيرة (2TBSP) جبن.

شعرت بالمرض قليلاً حوالي 30 دقيقة بعد تناول نصفها. لم أفكر كثيرًا في ذلك منذ أن أكلته بسرعة وكانت أول وجبة لي في اليوم.
