Went to the restaurant late at night and order the chicken fried rice. During the afternoon of the next day, I started experiencing pain in my abdominal and diarrhea. The symptoms persisted for multiple days.  | 症状: 腹泻

我有鸡肉卷饼沙拉碗：鸡肉、1/2 量的白米饭、烤蔬菜、生菜、pick、中号莎莎酱、少量（2 汤匙）奶酪。

吃了一半的东西大约 30 分钟后感觉有点恶心。没想太多，因为我很快就吃了它，这是我今天的第一顿饭。
大约 5 小时后，剧烈呕吐、腹泻、发冷，然后在凌晨发烧。已经 36 个小时了，还有腹泻。

我已经好几年没吃过 chipotle 了，我不会回来了！
