أكلت بوريتو دجاج: أرز أبيض، فاصوليا سوداء، دجاج، بيكو، صلصة حارة، كريمة حامضة، غواك، وخس. بعد 6 ساعات، كان لدي تشنج سيء للغاية في المعدة مع الإسهال المائي للغاية بعد ذلك. هدأ الإسهال في غضون 24 ساعة ولكن في 48 ساعة لا يزال يعاني من بعض التشنجات في المعدة.  | الأعراض: إسهال, تشنجات

I ate the half mufflaletta sandwich at 11:30 am yesterday (nothing else prior for the day). Starting at 3 pm, I felt queasy and by 5 pm felt some stomch cramping.
