طلب حوالي 3، حصلت على صدر الديك الرومي 6 "على الخبز الأبيض مع المايونيز والمخللات والجبن المبشور والبصل والطماطم جنبا إلى جنب مع نافورة دايت كوك. بدأت الدوخة والارتباك بعد ساعة واحدة أو نحو ذلك، ثم التعب الشديد والغثيان واضطراب المعدة. لم يتفاقم تشنج المعدة إلا بين عشية وضحاها.  | الأعراض: غثيان, تشنجات, الدوخة, التعب

Fri 7/27/18, as we were checking out, the owner stated that the power had been out for "a few hours," but then backtracked and said it was only for a few minutes. We should not have taken the food, but we did and we ate it and we were sick the entire weekend.

Had Chipotle 8/3 at 9:30 PM. Have had severe stomach pain ever since. One day later still hurting. Stomach pain and nausea. Hoping it goes away.

Shared shrimp appetizer. Husband had Chilean Bass, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. I had Haddock, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both tasted each other’s fish. Dinner at 10pm.... husband now vomiting. I have horrible upset stomach and headache.
