On 8/6, I ordered a Barbacoa Burrito Bowl with extra meat at lunch. At 5 am the next day I woke up and began throwing up. I vomitted about 6-7 times and then had a fever/nausea for most of the day, followed by diarrhea which is still persisting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered around 3, got a 6" turkey breast on white bread with mayo, pickles, shredded cheese, onion and tomato along with a fountain Diet Coke. Dizziness and disorientation started after 1 hour or so, and then extreme fatigue, nausea, and upset stomach. Stomach cramping has only worsened overnight.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness, Fatigue

Fri 7/27/18, as we were checking out, the owner stated that the power had been out for "a few hours," but then backtracked and said it was only for a few minutes. We should not have taken the food, but we did and we ate it and we were sick the entire weekend.

Shared shrimp appetizer. Husband had Chilean Bass, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. I had Haddock, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both tasted each other’s fish. Dinner at 10pm.... husband now vomiting. I have horrible upset stomach and headache.
