تناولت الغداء في Applebee حوالي ظهر يوم 04/04/16 بدأت أشعر بالمرض في معدتي بين 4-4:30 في ذلك اليوم، ثم بدأ الإسهال شعرت بالغثيان ولكن لم أتقيأ حتى حوالي 730-8:00 مساءً ما زلت أعاني من الإسهال وأشعر بالضعف الشديد، إنه على حق في 24 ساعة من تناول الطعام  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء, ضعف
