我在 16 年 4 月 4 日 4 月 4 日中午左右在 Applebee 餐厅吃了午餐当天 4 点半开始感到胃不适，然后腹泻开始我感到恶心但是直到晚上 7 点 30 分至 8 点才呕吐我还有腹泻而且感觉很虚弱这是正确的进食 24 小时  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 弱点

I had a chicken burrito with white rice, lettuce, mild pico, sour cream, cheese. The next morning I had major diarrhea but really assumed nothing of it. Then while I was at school, I started to become very nauseous and my head hurt. I eventually started shaking and threw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
