I had a chicken burrito with white rice, lettuce, mild pico, sour cream, cheese. The next morning I had major diarrhea but really assumed nothing of it. Then while I was at school, I started to become very nauseous and my head hurt. I eventually started shaking and threw up. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
