حساء البطاطس أو سلطة السبانخ، أكلت الطعام في الساعة 6 مساءً في 22 نوفمبر 2019. بدأت أشعر بالغثيان في الساعة 8:30 وتقيأت بشكل رئيسي بحلول الساعة 2:00 صباحًا. إلى جانب ذلك، كان لدي إسهال. أخذت حبوب الغاز التي ساعدت كثيرا! دمر أمسيتي واليوم.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
