Not sute Came on suddenly weak fatigue feeling. Diarrhea started bad then vomited heat from a shower caused more vomiting tried this twice both times same thing going on 48 hrs vomiting has subsided however no solid bowel every hr or so unless laying down  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, ضعف, التعب
