Not sute Came on suddenly weak fatigue feeling. Diarrhea started bad then vomited heat from a shower caused more vomiting tried this twice both times same thing going on 48 hrs vomiting has subsided however no solid bowel every hr or so unless laying down  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点, 疲劳

我丈夫和我在周日晚上带了两个侄女共进晚餐。我们中的 2 个人吃了牛肉菜，2 个人吃了鸡肉，我们都吃了薯条、莎莎酱和 queso 蘸酱。
星期一晚上我的侄女都因腹泻而呕吐。我丈夫星期一晚上得了腹泻，持续到星期二下午。我从星期二凌晨开始出现腹泻，然后猛烈呕吐。我怀孕 9 个月，由于脱水而最终住院，脱水使婴儿的心率升高并导致宫缩，相隔 2 分钟。

我不知道是莎莎酱，奶酪蘸酱还是切碎的奶酪，但是太糟糕了，这家公司需要清理他们的餐厅。
