كان ابني يشعر بشعور رائع في 2/20/16؛ ذهب هو وشقيقه لزيارة والدهما الذي أخذهم إلى تاكو بيل لتناول طعام الغداء. كان ابني بوريتو العليا. بعد حوالي ساعة من نزوله بالحمى وكانت معدته تزعجه. في المنزل لم يستطع أن يأكل ويشعر بالغثيان. ذهب إلى السرير واستيقظ في الساعة… شاهد المزيد

Ate a chicken burrito bowl with black beans at 3 pm on 2/20/16. Diarrhea and puking started at 5 am next day. Wife ate same item with pinto beans instead at same time and had no symptoms. It is 1230 pm on 2/21/16 and I feel very sick still though not vomiting anymore.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, قيء
