Just ate Chipotle for the last time. Had a veggie burrito with a side of guacamole. Tasted funny after 2nd bite. Barely made it the 10 miles home before diarrhea hit. Too bad because Chipotle was the only fast food restaurant I still liked.  | 症状: 腹泻

我儿子在 2016 年 2 月 20 日感觉很棒；他和他的兄弟去看望他们的父亲，然后他带他们去塔可钟吃午饭。我儿子有一个墨西哥卷饼至上。在他发烧下来大约一个小时后，他的肚子困扰着他。在家里他不能吃东西而且感觉恶心。他上床睡觉然后在凌晨 5 点醒来时胃痉挛可怕然后呕吐，然后得了腹泻。他整天睡着只能每两个小时起床大便和呕吐。这太可怕了。我可怜的儿子吃了这个被污染的食物！

I had a carnitas burrito and a Dr Pepper at chipotle and about an hour later I became nauseas and then another 30 minutes after I began throwing up I was perfectly fine before eating the chipotle and I do not have any chronic illness I'm perfectly healthy.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a chicken burrito bowl with black beans at 3 pm on 2/20/16. Diarrhea and puking started at 5 am next day. Wife ate same item with pinto beans instead at same time and had no symptoms. It is 1230 pm on 2/21/16 and I feel very sick still though not vomiting anymore.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
