لتناول العشاء، طلبت نفس سمك التونة الفرعي على الشوفان العسل الذي أحصل عليه دائمًا. انتهيت من تناول الطعام حوالي الساعة 6:30 مساءً، وبحلول الساعة 9:30 مساءً شعرت بالدوار والغثيان والقشعريرة. بحلول الساعة 10 مساءً كنت أتقيأ بشكل لا يمكن السيطرة عليه. بعد تقيؤ شجاعتي وليلة مروعة من محاولة النوم، ما زلت على قيد الحياة.  | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء, الدوخة, قشعريرة
