ذهبت إلى ماكدونالدز حوالي 130 وأمرت شذرات. أكلت ذلك، وحوالي 6 بدأت أشعر بصداع تبين أنه حمى. حوالي الساعة 7 مساءً شعرت بالغثيان وأصيب بالإسهال.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, الصداع

I ate about 3 hot and spicy sandwiches roughly around 6 or 7pm n 4/5/2018.
About 2am on 4/6/2018, i woke up with severe diarrhea and vomiting. Nausea was bad as well, along with fever.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء

My kids got happy meals. 2 of the meals had chicken nuggest, 1 meal had a cheeseburger. My sister ate 2 of the chicken nuggets and my kids ate the rest of their food. All 4 of them got severly sick 3 days later. No one else ate the food from there, no kne else got sick.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
