Je suis allé au McDonald's vers 130 et j'ai commandé des pépites. J'ai mangé ça, et vers 6 ans, j'ai commencé à avoir mal à la tête qui s'est avéré être une fièvre. Vers 19 heures, j'ai eu la nausée et j'ai eu la diarrhée  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements, Maux

I ate about 3 hot and spicy sandwiches roughly around 6 or 7pm n 4/5/2018.
About 2am on 4/6/2018, i woke up with severe diarrhea and vomiting. Nausea was bad as well, along with fever.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

My kids got happy meals. 2 of the meals had chicken nuggest, 1 meal had a cheeseburger. My sister ate 2 of the chicken nuggets and my kids ate the rest of their food. All 4 of them got severly sick 3 days later. No one else ate the food from there, no kne else got sick.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

Approximatley 4:45 I ordered a quarter pounder meal and appx 8pm, 3hrs and 15 minutes after I ate it, I violently began vomiting and had diarreah untill 4am. I had a fever of 103. At noon the next day i still had a 100 degree temperature.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
