Fui a McDonald's alrededor de 130 y pedí pepitas. Comí eso, y alrededor de las 6 empecé a tener dolor de cabeza que resultó ser fiebre. Alrededor de las 7pm sentí náuseas y he tenido diarrea  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos, Cefalea

I ate about 3 hot and spicy sandwiches roughly around 6 or 7pm n 4/5/2018.
About 2am on 4/6/2018, i woke up with severe diarrhea and vomiting. Nausea was bad as well, along with fever.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

My kids got happy meals. 2 of the meals had chicken nuggest, 1 meal had a cheeseburger. My sister ate 2 of the chicken nuggets and my kids ate the rest of their food. All 4 of them got severly sick 3 days later. No one else ate the food from there, no kne else got sick.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

Approximatley 4:45 I ordered a quarter pounder meal and appx 8pm, 3hrs and 15 minutes after I ate it, I violently began vomiting and had diarreah untill 4am. I had a fever of 103. At noon the next day i still had a 100 degree temperature.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
