I came to the restraunt around 2pm I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets with a salad and mango/pineapple smoothie. As I waited for my food a customer complain occurred of their meat being uncooked which caught my attention. I still ate the food I ordered once I finished eating I got bad stomach cramps, I thought it was menstrual cramps so I ignored it but after 2-4 hours the pain kept severely occurring and then in the night I threw up my meal from what I ate at McDonalds. | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes
