لقد تناولت للتو سلطة منزلية، يوم الجمعة 5/24/19، جنبًا إلى جنب مع لفات وزبدة. بدأ تشديد المعدة/التشنجات والإسهال في وقت متأخر من مساء السبت واستمر حتى اليوم الأربعاء 5/29/19. وقد تسبب هذا في ضعف جهازي المناعي بشدة وأصيبت الآن بفيروس اضطررت إلى الحصول على المضادات الحيوية له.… شاهد المزيد

اعترف الشريك الإداري بأن لديه مشكلة الفئران. كان هناك فأر ميت تحت ساق الطاولة بجوارنا رأيته أثناء مغادرتنا. لم يبدو قسم الصحة قلقًا! كان لدينا شريحة لحم، بطاطس مخبوزة، سلطة ومخللات مقلية. طلبت من المدير تقديم تقرير لكنه لن يفعل!
