Last night at 8:30pm I ate a double big Mac and 4 hours later started vomiting, diarrhea, fever and headache started today. Not happy at all. Lost money missing work. Feel very sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
