Food Safety Reports: Walmart Supercenter, North Central Avenue, Marshfield, WI, USA

3 weeks ago and 7 weeks ago. Not sure, but symptoms are similar to the lucky charms reports and I have had that in the house in the last few months. Had vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, fever of 102, excessively tired, body aches and most all of that lasted for just a day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Body Ache
