Hotel Breakfast Causes Illness

Hello, my wife and I had breakfast at the hotel this morning at around 11:00. Since then, we haven't eaten anything and both have severe nausea. I have also had to vomit and also have severe diarrhoea. My wife also has severe margin pain.
