Chicken Sandwich Illness Strikes

I had a chicken sandwich. Then two days later, on Wednesday I vomited for 24 hours, very high fever, sweating, nausea, etc. Thursday constant diarrhea and high fever, Friday no appetite, nausea, fever. Saturday feeling better, appetite is back, fever going, but get clammy time to time…
