Pizza Causes Family Illness

The same day after ordering a pizza that was shared with our dog, my self and my wife we all came down with food poisoning, sore throat and congestion. Classic signs of a viral infection, with only one common source of food, as we don’t usually give our dog our food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Congestion, Sore Throat, Soreness
