Ate red Baron pizza, now I have horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea, I also am vomiting Me and my wife both got sick and it happens only hours after eating, it's explosive and incredibly painful. My wife also got stomach cramps and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
