I've ordered a salad here before in the past and it was great. I had the crispy chicken ranch salad delivered today, ate half of it and was completely sick to my stomach and nauseous within minutes. It's only been about an hour and I've been to the bathroom 3 or 4 times already.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
