Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: BBQ chicken pizza
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Additional information: Went in Saturday night, had a BBQ chicken pizza, went home, slept and woke up to food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
