My granddaughter ate red seedless grapes March 19th I ate them last night we both had all the symptoms of poisoning it took a toll on her worse than myself the product is Joy fresh sweet celebration table grapes. I bought them there and I bought them, I think, on W... ednesday the 17th of March. They still lasted a week so I didn't think anything about it, I thought hers was a stomach bug. Now, I sincerely think it's food poisoning and they need to be pulled off of their shelves ”

Recall details: Frito-Lay today issued a voluntary recall of select 16 1/8 oz. bags of Ruffles All DressedPotato Chips b... ecause they may contain undeclared milk ingredients. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product contained inside the recalled bags.
The products covered by this recall may have been regionally distributed to Sam’s Club warehouses in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Frito-Lay did not distribute these recalled products to any other retailer. No other Ruffles products, sizes, or flavors are recalled, including bags in Variety Packs.
- Ruffles All Dressed Potato Chips (16 1/8 oz.). UPC: 28400 56520. Code Date & Manufacturing Code: Both “Guaranteed Fresh” date of 1 JUN 2021. And one of these 9-digit Manufacturing Codes. 373205510 | 473305610 | 473105610.
The recall was initiated after it was discovered that certain bags of Ruffles All Dressed Potato Chips were inadvertently filled with another flavor of potato chips, potentially exposing consumers to undeclared milk. No allergic reactions related to this matter have been reported to date. If consumers have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk, they are encouraged not to consume the product and discard it immediately.
Frito-Lay has informed the FDA of the action. Consumers with the product noted above can contact Frito-Lay Consumer Relations at 1-800-352-4477 (9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday).

“My family and I stopped at this location around 9:45pm on 04/25/2021 both my son and I got an Oreo blast and my husband got a caramel shake. My son about halfway through his Oreo blast started complaining about a very upset stomach later followed by diarrhea. I began experiencing some nausea laid do... wn, woke up an hour later with severe stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. Recall details: CytoSport, Inc., the manufacturer of Evolve, today announced a voluntary recall of specific lots of Evolve Protein Shake... s after a third-party supplier was found to have supplied ingredients cross-contaminated with soy protein. CytoSport is initiating the voluntary recall to protect public health.
Consumers that have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy run the risk of an allergic reaction if they continue to consume the products. The products being recalled were distributed nationwide through retailers, eCommerce websites and through the www.drinkevolve.com website, and are as follows:
- Evolve Double Chocolate Protein Shake. Package: 11 oz - Tetra Pak cartons sold in 4 pack. MFG Date: 12/31/2020
- Evolve Double Chocolate Protein Shake. Package: 11 oz - Tetra Pak cartons sold in 4 pack. MFG Date: 1/1/2021
- Evolve Vanilla Bean Protein Shake. Package: 11 oz - Tetra Pak cartons sold in 4 pack. MFG Date: 12/30/2020
- Evolve Vanilla Bean Protein Shake. Package: 11 oz - Tetra Pak cartons sold in 4 pack. MFG Date: 1/25/2021
There have been no reported illnesses to date. At this time there are no other Evolve products involved in this situation. All retail outlets effected have been notified to immediately remove effected product from shelves.
The company is working closely with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has rectified the issue, but in the meantime is taking these actions out of commitment to and concern for consumers.
Consumers who have purchased any of the above products are urged to dispose of or return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. They may also call CytoSport Customer Relations at 1-888-298-6629 Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5pm EST.
