Dirty Tray, Sick Day

Ate barbecue chicken flatbread 8 hours ago which was very tasty.I began with nausea and upset stomach about 2 hours ago and am now feeling very unwell.The tray and menu was very dirty and sticky which should have been a big red flag,Never again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
