Ordered the Fiesta Lime Chicken from grub hub. About an hour after I ate I got a headache and fever followed by nausea and vomiting. The next day diarrhea. Symptoms lasted two days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
