Frozen Prawns Cause Illness

I bought a seafood selection from Asda as I usually do, as a little snack. I ate the mussels first but when I ate a few prawns I realised they were frozen. I left most prawns but the next evening I've developed severe diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
