Severe Reaction to Supplement

Had supplement from refrigerated supply. 4 hrs later had severe vomiting, diarrhea, strained muscles from vomiting so hard, followed by stomach cramps and decreased appetite for 4 days now. Saw Dr today. Probable poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Loss of Appetite
